About
With it’s stunning rock formations and abundant marine life, Puerto Vallarta is the perfect place to start your scuba certification. Upon completion of the PADI Scuba Diver Certification, you will be able to:
- Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor or Instructor to a maximum depth of 12 metres / 40 feet.
- Rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in other diving activities as long as they have the required supervision.
The course covers 3 sections of knowledge development, 3 pool sessions and 2 open water training dives. It takes place in a 5 star PADI dive center with highly experienced instructors who speak fluent English. Details
- Diving within 18 hours of your flight home is not recommended.
- An Acknowledgement of Risk will need to be signed to participate.
- All divers must: be in good health without respiratory, cardiovascular or ear problems, be in good mental and physical condition for diving. A medical questionnaire will be taken prior to the course. If you do not meet the required state of health, your fee will be refunded.
- Avoid being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or while diving.
- Not suitable for pregnant women or children under 10.
