Charges to your credit card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you reserve your tour. We will confirm your reservation via email within 24 hours. If the departure date/time you choose is unavailable, we will offer you alternatives. If none of the alternatives work for you, we'll refund your money immediately.

 

Credit card safety

Your credit card safety is of utmost important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on our website to encrypt your credit card when you book your reservation with us. Your credit card information is directly transmitted to Stripe, the most secure credit card payment processing company in the market today. Our staff never gets access to your credit card information.

 

Cancellations and changes

All monies received from customers are non-refundable with no exceptions regardless of the reason for cancellation. Things To Do In Puerto Vallarta cannot make any exceptions to this payments and cancellation policy even if the cancellation is due to illness or medical issues; family or personal matters; revocation, cancellation, or expiration of Your visa; travel bans; deportation; any laws, regulations, orders, or policies concerning immigration and refugee status that may impact Your ability to travel; change in Your immigration status; scheduling conflicts; travel delays; a force majeure event (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, terrorist activity, labor dispute, civil unrest, utility outage, etc.); or any other reason whatsoever.

In the rare event of a cancellation on the part of Things To Do In Puerto Vallarta, we will offer a transfer to another tour or a refund. Things To Do In Puerto Vallarta is not responsible for any injury, loss, expenses or damages, either direct or consequential, or for any loss of time or inconvenience which You may incur as a result of trip cancellation including visas, passports, travel documents, vaccination charges, preparation costs, gear purchases, airline tickets, airline taxes, airport fees (including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
